Extra Charges to Customers
A $15.00 fee is charged for any credit card Chargeback or Dispute if Piano Showcase is not at fault. (You'd be surprised how many people dispute a charge because they've forgotten where they shopped).
A $5.00 fee is charged by UPS for any address corrections they need to make (e.g. Zip, Street Name, Suite or Apt. number). If the address given by the customer is incorrect, this charge is passed onto the customer.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all orders that have been processed by our business office and are cancelled before shipping.

the plate. In popular sized upright and grand pianos, this
can amount up to approximately 20 tons of tension. It is imperative
that a qualified piano technician should be called upon to carry out serious
piano repairs.

or for any damage, unstable tuning, inability to tune, or breakage of any part of a piano, caused as
a result of a novice or unqualified person performing repairs, tuning,
